However, due to differences in monitors and limit on amount of photos allowed, product appearances may vary slightly.

– **Payment**: We accept payments via Apple Pay, Debit Card and Credit Card. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

However, if an item arrives damaged in anyway, please reach out to me via email or Instagram and I would be happy to discuss possible amendments such as how to fix the item or options of shipping the item back to me at your cost and me shipping back to you at my cost.

– **Exchanges**: We do not offer direct exchanges.

– **Damaged or Defective Items**: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at deadthings@theleakyfawcett.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will be happy to discuss a resolution of fixing the item to the best of our ability. For example, if there is damage to a wing or piece inside of a terrarium or frame, I can either describe how to fix the item or you may ship back to me on your cost and I will fix and ship back to you on my cost. I package my items very well so hopefully this does not occur, though I am not liable if an item is broken or damaged in transit.
